Long Beach Latino Civic Association empowers the residents of Long Beach to become integral member's of the City's rich cultural life and to contribute to our diverse heritage and future.
Through publications and outreach, community surveys, leadership development and public forums, LBLCA aims to educate the community to advocate for itself and address the critical issies in the areas of Environmental responsibility, Education, healthcare and Socioeconomic development.
The LBLCA is a small agency with a tremedous heart. Our Board members are active in the community and always willing to roll up their sleeves and help whatever cause is on the table! The Women's Committee advocates for women and girls in order to help empower them both spiritually and socioeconomically. Our Youth Committee members develop leadership qualities as they examine, discuss and act upon environmental issues in the community. Through collaboration with other organizations, we seek to educate and empower the community!
